Hello, my name is Rebecca. I have been thinking (read – agonising) about this blog for a while, ever since I discovered the amazing mental health blogs by others out there. Half of me has desperately wanted to add my own experiences to the online collection of information which has helped me so much over the last few years, while the other half has – perhaps quite rightly – wondered if I would be adding anything new.
Do I really have ideas and experiences worth sharing?
Or will I simply be re-writing others posts which have helped me so much…
Either way only time will tell if this blog is going to come to anything, but please join me for my journey, chronicling the events of life with OCD.
